摘要：The article aims to describe the care of children with speech sound disorders and to outline its applicability comparing with the literature. Methods: The ULTRAFONO project consists of offering care to children diagnosed with Speech Sound Disorders arising from the Speech Therapist Clinic - UFSC located in the city of Florianópolis (Santa Catarina, Brazil). The group evaluated includes patients with severe speech and / or language disorders or even with therapeutic limits in traditional treatment. Results: two articles were considered eligible for the evaluation of effectiveness and the applicability of tongue ultrasound as biofeedback in the treatment of speech sound disorders. Conclusion: As in ULTRAFONO, the literature has shown efficacy in the results of patients, since it minimizes the time of clinical care.
