摘要:This work, of a descriptive nature, aims at presenting the results achieved with the application of the project “Anansi, the spider and other tales”, developed by Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação à Docência, Interdisciplinary subproject of UFFS-Chapecó. The project, applied in 2017, in the fourth year of a school in Chapecó-SC, aimed at: promoting racial awareness; working with tales and contributing to the readers and writers’ formation. The methodology was storytelling, followed by comprehension activities, study of the tale genre and elaboration of a storybook. The results demonstrate that extension practices, such as those described here, impact in the students’ training who received the project and in the undergraduate students’ training who applied the project and were able to articulate the theory seen at the university with classroom practice. Therefore, the actions taken are considered to have transformed the practices of everyone involved in the project.
