标题：LA RELACIÓN SUJETO - OBJETO Y SU CONTEXTO EN PROCESO DE FORMACIÓN EN EL PROFESIONAL DE EDUCACIÓN BÁSICA

摘要：La relación sujeto - objeto y su contexto en el proceso de formación en el profesional de educación básica, el primero está representado por el estudiante de formación inicial y el segundo por el proceso de formación del profesional de educación básica. La relación que está mediada por la actividad, que es el núcleo de esta y que se define como una actividad práctica adecuada a fines, una relación que se transforman recíprocamente. En síntesis al analizar el contexto del proceso de formación del educador del nivel básico, se visualizan en las tendencias que se exponen en este artículo, cuya esencia está centrada de acuerdo a la naturaleza de la enseñanza, en las siguientes: 1. El docente (sujeto) debe poseer el dominio de las disciplinas de estudios para ejercerla función docente 2. Desarrollar la habilidad para enseñar que es distinta al dominio de la disciplina de estudio, Por lo tanto los maestros (sujeto) no nacen, sino se forman. 3. Transformar el estado actual del proceso de formación docente (Objeto) de acuerdo a la tendencia actuales y a las orientaciones de los organismos de la República del Ecuador, reguladores, evaluadores y acreditadores de las carreras profesionales de las instituciones de educación superior. PALABRAS CLAVES: Sujeto; Objeto; proceso de formación; profesional; educación básica THE RELATIONSHIP SUBJECT - OBJECT AND ITS CONTEXT IN THE TRAINNING PROCESS OF THE BASIC EDUCATION PROFESSIONAL ABSTRACT The relationship subject - object and its context in the trainning process of the basic education professional; the first one is represented by the initial training student, and the second one by the training process of the basic education professional. The relationship that is mediated by the activity, which is its core; it is defined as a related practical activity, a relationship which is reciprocally transformed. In synthesis when, analyzing the theoretical foundations of the professional process of the basic level educator, it is visualized the tendencies that are exposed in this article, whose essence is centered according to the nature of the teaching, in the following: 1. The teacher (subject) must possess the mastery of the disciplines of studies to execute the teaching function; 2. To develop the ability to teach that it is different from the domain of the discipline of study. Therefore, teachers (subject) are not born, but they are formed; and 3. To transform the current state of the teacher training process (Object) according to the current trend and the institutional orientations of the Republic of Ecuador, regulators, evaluators and accreditors of professional careers of higher education institutions.
