标题：Effectiveness of career counseling on Challenges for Women’s Occupation and the Quality of Their Occupational Life in Industry

摘要：The present study with the aim of career counseling based on acceptance and commitment therapy in challenges for woman’s occupation and their career life quality in Iranian industry is performed. Semi-experimental, pretest, posttest, and control group was held in the study. All women working in Zob Ahan in Isfahan city formed the ovulation of the study and by random sampling 30 women were chosen, put into two groups of 15as control and experimental. Researcher made questionnaire was used as the data collecting tool. SPS21 and covariance were used as data analysis techniques. Results showed that job consultation based on acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) has significant effect on challenges in women’s job, but not on the quality of their occupational life.
