摘要:The article in question starts from the observation of Leonardo Boff's writings (1986), which explains that liberation theology arose by hearing the “cry of the oppressed”, for the poor, women, Indians, blacks, stigmatized by discrimination, ecosystems and the Earth. In this tuning fork, the present manuscript aims to understand how liberation theology engages for the development of the individual in an honorable and humanizing way, and it will also be an opportunity for the researcher to describe liberating practices based on this theology that originated projects such as the Basic Ecclesial Communities.
