摘要:The advancement of technology has sharpened society's participation in discussing relevant issues that are scattered in various parts of the world. Several social ills, ignored by many, are treated in a profound way through soap operas, films and other mechanisms available to the public. Among these socially relegated diseases is bullying, which attracts attention from the law and was revealed in impetuous scenes by NETFLIX's 13 Reasons Why series. Thus, the present research is important to identify some of those responsible for bullying practices among children and adolescents in school, pointing out the responsibility of the family, school and the State in anti-bullying education and the importance of these actors in the practice. In order to do so, we used a bibliographic research, carried out in websites and electronic journals on the subject, with a qualitative, descriptive and exploratory nature, observing the limits for the production of scientific articles.
