摘要：Nigerian writer Amos Tutuola, as one of the first generation of native African writers who write literature works in English, has received much attention since the very beginning of his publishing of works. This article explores the narrative strategies used by Tutuola in the process of constructing his cultural identity, which was partly neglected by critics. The special narrative and expressive cultural identity, narrative mode and identity establishment, and nostalgic representation were just Tutuola’s strategies that formed the procedure of the deconstruction of colonial power and the construction of national identity.
