摘要：Objetivo: con este artículo se busca responder la pregunta ¿es económicamente factible el servicio de aplicaciones en línea para el rubro de gastronomía en la Región Lambayeque? Metodología: se desarrolló una investigación a un nivel de aplicación explicativa y el diseño de investigación no experimental predictiva, a través de los métodos deductivo e inductivo con el fin de determinar la factibilidad económica del servicio de aplicaciones en línea para el rubro gastronómico. Hallazgo: la investigación analizó los costos directos e indirectos que implica desarrollar un Software comercial online que atienda los servicios del regulador y la factibilidad de ser financiados por micro y pequeños empresarios del rubro de gastronomía. Conclusión: se determinó que, para los desarrolladores del Software, la venta de este, implica un alto beneficio; ya que, se requiere de un servicio técnico constante.
其他摘要：Object: The purpose of this article is answering the question: is the service based on online applications feasible for gastronomic businesses in the Lambayeque region? Methodology: A research was developed as an explanatory application, as well as the design of a non-experimental predictive investigation, on behalf of deductive and inductive methods to determine the economic feasibility of the service based on online applications for the gastronomic businesses. Finding: With the research, it was possible to analyze the direct and indirect costs that imply the creation of a commercial Software application online, able to take the services requested by a regulator, as well as the feasibility of receiving invests from micro and small entrepreneurs in the gastronomy business. Conclusion: It was possible to determine that, for Software developers, selling their products imply high benefits, since a permanent technical support service is required.
