摘要:The purpose of this study was to provide a model for the effects of delegation management on human capital empowerment and effectiveness in sport organizations. The study was descriptive and correlational. The population of the study included all sport organization managers (n=450) of Isfahan province. According to Cohen's formula (2000) a sample of 207 people was selected randomly from the population. Inventories used for data collection were: principles of effective delegation Industrial Society (1996) (α=0.96), Spreitzer (1995) (α=0.84), and Hsu’s organizational effectiveness (2002) (α=0.86). The content validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by experts. For data analysis, descriptive and inferential statistics as well as structural equation modeling were used. Path analysis suggests that the model of the relationship between delegation and human capital empowerment and effectiveness is favorable in sports organizations. Also, according to the regression model, the relationship between delegation and effectiveness, choice, and decision-making components, as well as the relationship between empowerment and decision-making component were significant. In general, senior managers in sports organizations could improve the employees’ confidence and effectiveness through delegation and offering decision-making opportunities.
