  • 摘要:The research objective is to find out and analyze the factors that affect employee job satisfaction at PT. Roda Jaya Sakti, Makassar. The research object is PT. Roda Jaya Sakti, Makassar. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the simultaneous test results, it can be concluded that the three variables, namely the workers themselves, salary or wages and the work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The partial test results show that the worker variable itself has no positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, while the salary or wage and work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT Roda Jaya Sakti Makassar.
