  • 摘要:Contribution deals with determining aspects of mineral resources exploitation’s influence on characteristic landscape appearance. Mining objects are significant for Slovakia, unthinkable but together invaluable phenomena of landscape character. They are part of landscape appearance mostly in areas of mining landscape. Mining objects are part of cultural landscape. There we concentrate on visual identification and interpretation of their influence on landscape in contribution. The first presented knowledge is about context of exploitation of individual kinds of mineral resources with similar methods in resembling tectonically units. Visual influences are evaluated according to occurrence of the most important relief’s forms. Deep mined objects’ forms we perceive as historical landscape’s structures and surface mining forms are represented by quarries. They can be regarded as integrated part of landscape type, or they are indifferent and cause visual impact. Types of mining objects we can describe from the morphological point of view as relief forms and they also affect character of land cover. There are used maps, orthophotomaps, photo-documentation in panoramas, sector photos, 3D models mainly in GIS interpretation or hand-drawn block-diagrams for visual interpretation and farther complementary text description. Using knowledge from typology and visualisation of mining objects we can use in design arrangement of existing quarries and they create conditions for their design, what we explain in some examples.
