摘要：The impact of raw material exploitation (quarries, mining waste: dumps, teilings), acid mine drainage as well as the dumps of the ash from the power plants represent one of the most important sources of the environmental risk. They have usually complex negative influence on all components of the landscape. The most important is the influence of toxic metals but also the negative changes of surface relief. Although we can observe during last decades changes in the sense with respect to the old mining waste problem (e.g. the quarries and dumps could present suitable special areas for natural scientific studies), it is still in the sphere of interest of the environmentalists and other scientists. They present still new, better and more complex solutions, remediation techniques.
