摘要:Landslide risk mapping with GIS technology was developed by scientists co-operating at the Ostrava Czech Academy of Sciences Institute of Geonics and the Czech Technical University of Ostrava. This procedure applies standard data from public databases in a raster format; and subsequent vector data is accessible only to disaster management staff The risk assessment analyses the following landscape features; geology, land use, aspect, slope, soil humidity, drainage networks and registered landslides. These are assessed on a 0–3 scale and their summation provides the area’s fial landslide risk-level. The mapping output fial resolution is in decimetre units. Risk areas are determined in 100 m wide buffr zones along constructed objects and technical infrastructure; and the maximum landslide risk map data overlain with topic radar data on previous and current precipitation highlights the endan- gered areas. Combination of the risk map and cadastral maps selects endangered administrative units, and their fial resolution enables local administration to closely monitor risk areas, prevent human casualties and reduce material damage.
