摘要：O tema das revistas jurídicas e da sua influência no desenvolvimento do Direito é abordado neste artigo segundo duas perspectivas: em primeiro lugar, procurámos caracterizar o movimento intelectual designado em Portugal por periodismo jurídico, fazendo referência às suas origens e multidisciplinaridade. Apresentaram-se, de seguida, as principais características das revistas jurídicas e identificaram-se as diferentes tipologias com destaque para a realidade norte americana. Por fim, perspectivou-se o seu futuro face ao actual desenvolvimento tecnológico, o qual prevê mudanças significativas com repercussões na investigação do Direito.
其他摘要：This article is about law reviews and its influences in the development of the law. In the first place, we tried to analize the intelectual movement known in Portugal as “legal periodism”; we talk about its origins and multidisciplinarity and present the different characteristics and classification of law reviews focusing north american reality. We also try to present its future according to the technological development which we believe will contribute to the development of legal research.
