摘要：El artículo analiza los diferentes artefactos discursivos que existían durante la Edad Moderna para explicar el concepto de nobleza en un período de cambio, crecimiento y conflicto dentro de la sociedad castellana. El siglo XVII fue prolífico en la concesión de hábitos de las Órdenes Militares, en la concesión de títulos de nobleza, en la creación de oficios en la Casa del Rey. Todo ello permitió crear y ampliar las bases del discurso del honor, destacando sus semejanzas, pero haciendo notar el permanente conflicto social por definir qué es la excelencia y la preeminencia social. Analizamos, para ello, el papel de los Reyes de Armas, de los tratadistas de nobleza y de los autores de memoriales y otras probanzas de nobleza como ejemplos de una riquísima tipología textual.
其他摘要：This paper analyzes different texts with a narrative logic that existed to explain the concept of nobility during the Modern Age, a period of change, growth and conflicts inside the Spanish society. The XVIIth century was a prolific moment granting habits of the Military Orders and Knights and with the creation of a lot of servers in the Royal Court. All this allowed creating and expanding the bases of the speech of Honour, standing out the similarities, but also remarking the permanent social conflict at defining what was the excellence and the preeminent social position. Here we analyze the paper of the Kings of Arms, the paper of the authors of the nobility books, and the authors of memorials and other probanzas of nobility, as examples of a very rich textual typology.
