  • 摘要:Aim: The purpose of this study was to present a model of empowerment management for high school principals in Tehran. Methodology: This study is applied in terms of purpose, qualitative in terms of data, and in terms of conducting research, it is a kind of data base. Academic experts and educational managers active in the field of practice were considered as the research community. The purpose of the snowball method was to conduct 18 interviews, and the researcher identified that the information gathered had reached a saturation point. The data collection tool was a review of national and international documents related to the subject as well as a semi-structured exploratory interview. Results: The findings indicated that the identified dimensions for the model of empowerment of high school principals in Tehran include some dimensions such as general abilities, puberty abilities, intellectual perceptual abilities, leadership abilities, interpersonal abilities, and organizational-managerial abilities. In order to validate the final model, Delphi technique was used to validate the findings. Conclusion: It can be said that the dimensions of empowerment model obtained in this study is a complete combination of internal and external research that none of them has achieved beyond these 6 dimensions.
