摘要:Discussing papers based on this methodology and published in scientific journals specific of Physical Education, we observed that the forms used to analyze the oral sources were constituted in a differentiated way in relation to what we are accustomed to find in texts of other areas, mainly about the conceptual treatment of memory and identity. In order to understand these differences beyond a brief initial finding, we set the following guiding question: how Oral History methodology has been used in scientific papers published in journals of area 21 (Physical Education) in Brazil? We conclude that the way of doing research in Oral History in Physical Education keeps its peculiarities and these should impact on our own production.
