摘要:This article exposes a report of the teaching experience with Gymnastics during the classes of school’s Physical Education. The didactic actions were organized in two public high schools, located in São Paulo. We began the classes showing videos of choreographies from different gymnastics practices (Rhythmic, Artistic, Acrobatic and Gymnastics for All). Then, we built, with the students, adaptations for the Rhythmic Gymnastics equipment and experienced the foundation of Artistic and Acrobatic Gymnastics. After this process, we asked the students to create a Gymnastic for All choreography that contained elements of all the gymnastics developed in class and using a theme that is relevant to society, what culminated, by means of a process of collective construction, into a Gymnastics for All performance. This report aimed to align the academic discussions with the school reality, as well as to show Physical Education teachers examples of the development of the theoretical proposals.
