摘要：El propósito de este artículo es revisar los desafíos y las soluciones de justicia restaurativa en tres áreas: sistema de justicia infantil y juvenil, capital social y medio ambiente en el sistema legal de Irán. A partir de la definición y la valoración de los propósitos de la justicia restaurativa se analizan los impactos de la misma en el progreso del sistema de justicia.
其他摘要：The purpose of this article is to review the challenges and solutions of restorative justice in three areas: the juvenile and juvenile justice system, social capital and the environment in the legal system of Iran. From the definition and evaluation of the purposes of restorative justice, the impacts of this on the progress of the justice system are analyzed.
