摘要:In order to elucidate the relationshups between cadmum,coppci,mcrcury,zmnc levels and metallothuoncin In the liver and kidncy cortcx of Korean,the lcvels of Cd,Zn,Hg,Cu and metallothionemn (MT) were determined In the krdney cotex and liver of 50 subyects deceased In the perod of January - November,2001 In the area of Scoul and Gyeongg Province of Kored The mean age of the population studued was 363+/- 12 3 years The tssues were dugested wth microwave digestion system and the elements were determined by unductively coupled plasmd atom emision spectometry MT Wds determmed by the Cd- -hemoglobin afinty assay The deteumned levels (mean+/- SD) were 33 9 +/- 18 9 micrograms Cd/g wet weight,47 5+/- 12 6 micro- grams Zn/g wet we1ght,2 5+/-0 57 microgram Cu/g wet werght,0 26+/-0 31 miclograms Hg/g wel welght,40+/-3 1 mg MT/g wet welght In renal cortex and 25+1- I 9 micrograms Cd/g wet welght,46 9 +/- I5 0 micrograms Zn/g wet wcight,6 2+/- 2 5 muc1ograms Cu/g wet weight,0 10+/-0 15 microg1ams Hg/g wet weight,0 92+/-057 mg MT/g wet we1ght in the liver Postive relationships between Cd and MT, sum of four dvalent metal and MT in the kidney cortex were observed No other conclation was found bet- ween Cu and MT,Hg and MT,Zn and MT In ether organs.
