摘要:Lactat is the end metabolic production of anaerobic metabolism. During high intensity exercise,anaerobic metabolism increase and the lactat concentrations increase. Lactate exchange is a dynamic process with simultaneous muscle uptake and release at rest andduring exercise. After chronic endurance training,increased aerobic adaptations increase lactate removal capacity. Purpose: The aim of the present study was to examine the changes in capillary blood lactate responses during and after high intensity interval exercise in endurance trained and untrained men. METHOD: Ten well-trained cyclists (aged 19.60±0.54 years,69.89±2.10 kg weight,177.50±1.91 cm height,60.85±0.89 ml/kg/min VO2max) and eight recreationally active men (aged 20.25±0.41 years,69.39±1.57 kg weight,174.50±1.80 cm height,47.77±1.89 ml/kg/min VO2max) participated in the present study voluntarily. The high intensity interval exercise was applied 6 x 4 min bouts of cycling at ~85% VO2max,separated by 2 min of recovery. Respiratory changes were recorded during interval and recovery by indirect calorimeter (Cosmed K4B2,Italy). Heart rate (HR) values were recorded during the interval loads and recovery period by Polar. Blood lactate concentration was measured before,immediately after each interval session and 5th,10th,15thmin of recovery (Nova Biomedical Lactate Plus,Waltham,MA). Statistical analyses were performed by SPSS 16.0 by using a two-way (split-plot) ANOVA with repeated measures. One-way analysis of variance with the post hoc Bonferroni test was applied to identify the intensity of interval exercise responsible for the difference. Unpaired t-tests were used to compare mean values between groups. RESULTS: Lactate concentrations was significantly higher in the control group than in the athlete group during high-intensity interval exercise (group effect;F=23.54,p<0.05). Changes in lactate concentration during the highintensity exercise workouts were significantly different between the control and the athlete groups (workout effect;F=26.67,group-workout interaction effect;F=7.37,p<0.05). Lactate concentration significantly increased in the control group (p<0.05),whereas it did not significantly change in the athlete group during the workouts (p>0.05). Discussion: The major finding of this study was the similar lactate values in the athletes after each interval,but in the control subjects,it increased during exercise test. Besides,during the recovery,lactate concentrations were decreased rapidly in athletes. The balance between lactate production and removal in athletes shows that chronic endurance training can improve the adaptations about lactate metabolism.
