摘要:The aim of the study,is to evaluate the information about services given by advertisement agencies in their web sites and to find the service areas and similarities and differences in these areas. When compared with advertisement agencies,in public relations web sites,usually they included their services and even they detail it. It shows that,public relations agencies use their web sites more functional. But,proportional quantity,of the web sites of both agencies which gives information about their web sites show that they announce their services more effectively. When we observe the obtained data,it is seen that,public relations and advertisement agencies coincide in some service areas such as marketing communication,online communication but they also show differences. The biggest difference between advertisement agencies and public relations agencies is that,creativity is the leading factor.Also,another result is that,agencies do not occupy each other’s service areas namely.
