摘要：The article presents the technology o f data registration which could be applied on the land value market. As a tool fo r more effective data management, the authors propose,one o f the desktor GIS program s - M apinfo 4.0 and the authorial application - NoRzeM. The data used to practical presentation come fro m the data bank o f Krakowski Instytut Nieruchomości. Such a technology o f getting and transformation o f the data about trasactions on the land value market guarantees managing the reliable information about prise o f real estates.
