摘要:This article concentrates on selected aspects of school practice innovation. The author comments especially on the question of teachers’ resistance to changes. The topic is viewed from various points: that of the personality of the teacher,that of his/her motivation,and that of the transaction analysis. Personal factors,motivation,and capabilities are thus observed in relation to resistance;so are life attitudes as the source of resistance. Another important point is the necessity to understand resistance as a psychological phenomenon and as a factor of the process of change in schools. Finally,some possibilities of how to understand and deal with resistance are described.
