摘要：Having in view the importance of innovation in the contemporary knowledge based society this paper is focused on underlining some aspects regarding SMEs and cooperative associations’ performance. The second part presents a system of indicators that evaluates the SMEs performance in innovation,which has been selected having in view the criteria of innovation.
