摘要：This study emphasizes a vision concerning the imperative implementation and development of a management system related to the save of the Romanian patrimonial values,as a lever for preserving the cultural and historical identity of our country. The paper reveals factual testimonies of the disinterest regarding these values and pleads,by means of international researches and regulations,for their entrance in an evolution controlled by the deciders from central and local public administration.
