摘要:The Clawback is a special tax applied to the pharmaceutical industry,that implies the contribution of all drug producers,to finance the public health system with a sum of money,which may vary between 5% and 11%,sum paid out of their income made from selling drugs. This tax provision was introduced in Romania in October 2009 and it suffered a series of modifications,following administrative obstructions and due to the numerous controversies that appeared between the drug producer’s representatives and the Regulation Authorities.
