摘要：The article highlights the study of the technological process which includes 3 groups of operations: operations related to the receipt of goods at the warehouse,storage of goods,operations associated with distribution of goods. Features of the implementation of the technological process are characterized using the example of the warehouse of the production and trading enterprise PJSC Vinnytsia Food & Gustatory Factory. Positive and negative factors affecting the technological operations in the process in the enterprise’s functioning are analyzed. Indicators of efficiency of using the warehouse premises of the enterprise and the coefficient of the level of mechanization of the warehouse operations are calculated. There proposed methods for improving the trade and technological process of a production and trading enterprise through acquiring modern high-performance lifting and transport machines for warehousing;computerization of the information system for inventory management and sales of goods.
