摘要：The main aim of the paper is to analyze the risks involved in the management of intellectual potential,including the definition of the prerequisites of their origin,as well as a study of possible ways to prevent their occurrence and the negative impact on business results. As a result of analysis,systematization and generalization of scientific views formulated the key factors in the context of the origin of the risk management of the intellectual potential. Within the perspective a possible risk classification was proved,which has practical value in the management process – the stages of reproduction of the intellectual potential influence the result at the time and the structural elements of intellectual resources. The key risks associated with each structural element of the intellectual potential were identified and described. A number of activities,the implementation of which will help to reduce the impact of risks in the management of intellectual potential in the process of activity of economic entities. Detailing and improvement of such methods are the basis for further research in this direction.
