摘要：Chemical release from rocket will be an interesting experiment to investigate dynamics of the polar ionosphere. It is suggested that the wind motion following magnetic disturbances presents one of interesting unsolved problems, specifically to find the relation between wind and electric current from 120 to 150 km altitude.
