摘要：As a result of globalization and competition has gained in importance in all areas of strategic planning concepts. Unfortunately, strategic planning is a part of large enterprises in many countries;most of small enterprises do not have any strategic plan. Strategic planning is very important to minimize the uncertainty of future and to provide sustainable competitive advantages. In this study, strategic planning process and its importance fort he organizations are discussed.
