摘要：The nation's crisis is the human resource’s crisis, mainly the chracter’s crisis. The character is permanent relatively behavior, good or not good. Good character for generation 2045 called golden generation”s character” instead the positive attitude, the essential mindset, the normative commitment and the abilities competencies, based the IESQ. The positive attitude represents of the Pancasila’s values and humananism. The essential mindset is based not only the rational considerations and empirical evidence, but also suprarational. The normative commitment is the loyalties based internal spirit. Abilities competencies is the arts professionalism. Based on the IESQ is the educational focus on comprehensive intelligence. The golden generation character is a major force to develope the great nation, prosperous and dignitfied.
