摘要:The statistical experiments that are suggested can often lose their effectiveness in terms of cost and time because of the factorial enlargement of the product parameters and its varieties. However, the results of the researches that are conducted by Taguchi developed experiment designs (OA:orthogonal arrays) with less trial and high success rate as classic method and also accepted by the manufacturing sector. OA allow users to change factor levels simultaneously instead of changing them one by one. Taguchi divides the studies, which are done to provide quality, into two parts as on-line and off-line. The statistical experiment design falls into the off-line quality control of the Taguchi's quality system. In the study, it is aimed to discover the improvements as an industrial application and the effectiveness of the Taguchi method, which is used effectively in solving industrial problems and allows improving quality features, by determining sources that cause the quality problems. In this study an industrial problem is discussed, and it has been tried to solve this problem by using multiple response optimization.
