摘要：Specificity of management that accompanies indwelling in the city landscape and possibility to apply this kind of management in revitalization process are shown in this article. The results of analysis conducted for inhabited spaces in the Warsaw agglomeration– both in single-family and multi-family – were compared to the places and realizations that arose as results of interventions in public spaces. Free-form interviews,inventory of gardens,gardens structure analysis and observations were conducted. As a result,validity of space management in revitalization processes using image of garden was confirmed. Similarity in choosing types of plants in researched plots (mainly herbaceous flowering plants,vegetables and herbs) was also confirmed.
