摘要：The systems analysis is based on the idea that there are possibilities to perfect and improve continuously the systems performances by analyzing the existing system and restructuring (redesigning) it. The methodologies to analyze the system have seen an important evolution,starting from the methodologies to record and stock information and ending with the solutions for complex decisional problems.
