摘要：The structural deficit issue is important in the current period because it shows an assessment of the fiscal policy and presents the evolution of the economic cycle. This article wants to present the concept of structural deficit,the importance of estimating the structural deficit in evaluating the efficiency of the fiscal and budgetary policy as well as the presentation of the structural budget balance.
