摘要：In the global economic crisis,the competitiveness of companies is provided by the competence,experience,employee productivity. The key word is to reduce costs,which can be achieved through flexibility and savings. Employees working flexible represent an effective innovation work in the period of economic crisis. We know that innovation is the main engine of growth in the current context,and innovation at work not only ensures the survival of firms,but thus maximizing their internal customer satisfaction.
