摘要：Structural and Cohesion Funds offers Romania a unique opportunity to develop its potential growth and to accelerate the catching-up process. Post-accession EU funds allocated to Romania – if they will be integral used - represents an annual injection of resources of 3-5 percent of GDP in the period between 2007-2015. To understand the magnitude of these numbers,we need to say that the average of public capital expenditure between 2004-2006,including the exceptional growth to 3.7% of the GDP in 2006,was 3 percent of GDP.
