摘要:The evolution of services in general and education in particular,is determined by their complexity. The need to address educational activities in a marketing optics is given by the similarities they have with the economic activities of service provision. Particularities of educational services market should be seen in relation to divergent nature of education: the collective good in terms of supply and the demand side private good.
