摘要:The present research intends to establish and outline the structural changes of the organizations in the context of the knowledge-based economy in order to maintain the human,material and financial resources,and meanwhile being capable to achieve economical growth. These changes were adopted by organizations,especially since changes occur in a dynamic increasingly accelerated where the order of the resources is another one. The transition to the newly knowledge-based economy has proved that the old traditional structures,where the rigid hierarchies used to dominate,don’t allow anymore the coordination of the activities that became increasingly complex. Switching towards a flat structure where the employees are encouraged to self-manage and self-organize themselves allows the organizations to better cope with the current economical environment.
