摘要：One of the fundamental principle of the European Union is the free movement of workers. The liberalization of labor force movement to Europe increases the migration towards the developed countries and this phenomenon affects the economic growth. The labor market of European Union is influenced by migration and immigration of the workers from one country to another one. EU enlargement had a significant impact on migration flows from Romania to old member states. Migration contributes to growth prospects of the EU. They are restrictions some countries but they did not stop migrants from coming. The result is the change of the composition of the immigrants and a change in the structure of our national labour market.
