摘要:This essay aims to introduce a possible comprehension about the "man-waste-work" triad under the perspective of the complexity Edgar Morin names as the directing principles of complexity. Grounded on a theoric-reflexive approach and using the authors Balandier and Maffesoli as reference, this essay seeks to draw a parallel between complex thought, the matters of the process of urban cleaning, and the workers involved in it. It is believed that the dialogical, recursive and holographic principles unveil the perception of the "man-waste-work" triad as a social phenomenon that lives in not only an objetive reality, but a simbolic one that changes constantly, in which the whole is a complex unit and cannot merely be reduced to the sum of its parts. Dealing with the problematics of urban waste and the subjects directly involved with it must be improved, as it does not reach the necessary basics, given the spreading and increasing intolerance that creates shapes of order from these figures of disorder.
