摘要:This article aimed to analyze the movement of teaching remuneration in municipal education networks in Brazil from the financial potential of 3822 cases, delimiting the years 2008, 2010, 2012, 2014 and 2016 as the period of analysis. In a quantitative approach, we used literature and legislation reviews that placed the characteristics of education financing in Brazil, the municipality as a space of relative autonomy in the allocation of resources and disputes over the public fund. The results showed that, in the analyzed period, indicates a greater effort by federated entities with less investment potential in the valorization of teaching remuneration.
