其他摘要:The paper examines the impact of new technologies on the processes of spreading ideas and behaviors, with particular reference to the new "masks", acentric personalities often in identity crises, in a society where the need to "appear" is progressively replacing the need to "be". The object of analysis are: the individual and his ability to self-determine; information overload, with particular reference to the repercussions on attention and concentration; the impact of new technologies on intelligence and on the way the web is shaping our way of learning and the pedagogical role of the two main educational agencies (school and family). The paper offers a few considerations for the development of effective pedagogical models and teaching practices, useful for intercepting the change in the making, for an education in the conscious use of information in the era of web-mediated communication.
