摘要：The present study is to analyze the predictive value of an instrument designed for negotiating effectively (CEN II) in its application to mediation. From a conceptual approach to the field of study and scientific contributions related to the subject is delimited. Empirical research was carried out through a sample of 60 mediators / as results obtained confirm the reliability and predictive validity of the CEN II and efficiency in determining differences in family mediation.
