摘要：The right to education in vocational training has an aspect of individual and social significance growing. The professional qualification that provides this training serves both purposes lift and level of quality of life of individuals and the economic and social cohesion and employment promotion. The Organic Law 5/ 2002 on Qualifications and Vocational Training has been aimed at the creation of a National System of Qualifications and Vocational Training incurred unity, coherence and efficiency in the planning, management and administration of this reality. Among its objectives is to facilitate the integration of various forms of certification and accreditation of skills and professional qualifications. The training includes all training activities that enable the skilled performance of the various professions, access to employment and active participation in the social cultural and economic life. Includes own IVT teachings , shares of integration and reintegration of workers as well as those aimed at continuing training in enterprises, allowing the acquisition and updating of skills. Vocational Training for Employment aims to promote and extend between firms and employed workers and unemployed training that meets your needs and contribute to the development of a knowledge-based economy. This training requires teachers to acquire a number of units of competency to enable them to program, select training activities, develop, adapt and use teaching materials and the teaching, mentoring and evaluating the operations, using techniques, strategies and teaching resources.
