摘要：The aim of this paper is to present a model of process management in a residence for seniors. Referencing a service where quality is a matter of vital importance and it is claimed by the company. Based on the concept of quality, its evolution and how it can be applied in a residence, we present the process management system. We then developed three specific processes that often occur in retirement home people from that perspective. Analysis of these three processes leads us to conclude that a residence is managed more optimally if we focus on the processes.
