摘要:The educational task is inscrited in the vital change , but the sudden behavior of its members can alter the daily educational dynamics. In this paper we review the educational problems of teaching discomfort, distress and burn-out and we pretend solutions in the instructional – interactive educational frame based on positive psychotherapeutic strategies and classroom dynamics with the active participation of its instructional agent.Objective: To review the problem of teacher distress, and promote solution strategies.
