标题：Implantação e adesão do checklist de cirurgia segura em instituições hospitalares: revisão integrativa

摘要：Objetivo: identificar na produção científica o conhecimento da equipe de enfermagem acerca do checklist de cirurgia segura e a implantação e a adesão deste instrumento em unidades cirúrgicas. Método: revisão integrativa da literatura para a qual se buscou sistematicamente artigos primários nas fontes de dados MEDLINE, LILACS E BDENF, via Portal Regional da BVS. As buscas aconteceram no segundo semestre de 2019, nos meses de agosto e setembro Resultados: nos estudos encontrados não se observou resultados satisfatórios quanto à atuação do enfermeiro na aplicação do checklist, sendo este um instrumento realizado pelo técnico de enfermagem, cabendo ao enfermeiro de Centro Cirúrgico ações voltadas ao gerenciamento do cuidado. Conclusão: destaca-se a falta de conhecimento científico por parte da equipe de enfermagem que atuam com o checklist e que sua implantação e adesão vêm ocorrendo de maneira frágil. Foi apontado como necessidade que as instituições invistam em ações para qualidade da assistência e segurança ao paciente, visando estruturas e equipes qualificadas.
其他摘要：Objective: to identify, in scientific production, the knowledge of the nursing team about the safe surgery checklist and the implementation and adherence of this instrument in surgical units. Method: integrative literature review for which primary articles were systematically searched for in the MEDLINE, LILACS AND BEDENF data sources, via the VHL Regional Portal. The searches took place in the second half of 2019. Results: in the studies found, no satisfactory results were observed regarding the nurse's performance in the application of the checklist, which is an instrument performed by the nursing technician, and the Surgical Center nurse is responsible for actions aimed at managing the caution. Conclusion: the lack of scientific knowledge on the part of the nursing team that works with the checklist stands out and that its implementation and adherence have been occurring in a fragile way. It was pointed out as a need for institutions to invest in promoting actions for quality of care and patient safety, aiming at qualified structures and teams.
