摘要：Trata – se de um estudo bibliográfico realizado entre abril e maio de 2017 a outubro de 2019, em artigos científicos e livros revistos referentes a consulta de enfermagem. O estudo tem por objetivo identificar de que forma o enfermeiro pode atuar na nutrição infantil da criança obesa com vistas à prevenir situações agravantes na saúde da criança obesa, estabelecendo junto com o familiar ou responsável os benefícios para um crescimento e desenvolvimento completo. Os estudos selecionados, mostram que com a consulta de enfermagem trazendo informações sobre o peso e outros índices antropométricos, traz para a família, mãe/ cuidador a importância da assistência na hora da alimentação, criando assim um vínculo de confiança e respeito entre o enfermeiro e o responsável. Devido ao crescimento da obesidade infantil, deve – se repensar certos parâmetros e procurar a estimular a sociedade para que a próxima geração venha a ter um pouco mais de qualidade de vida.
其他摘要：It is a bibliographic study carried out between April and May 2017 to October 2019, in scientific articles and revised books referring to nursing consultation. The study aims to identify how the nurse can act in the infant nutrition of the obese child with a view to preventing aggravating situations in the health of the obese child, establishing with the family or responsible the benefits for a complete growth and development. The selected studies show that with the nursing consultation bringing information about weight and other anthropometric indices, it brings to the family, mother / caregiver the importance of assistance during feeding, thus creating a bond of trust and respect between the nurse and the responsable. Due to the growth of childhood obesity, it is necessary to rethink certain parameters and seek to stimulate society so that the next generation will have a little more quality of life.
